Elizabeth V. Heller
Partner
Elizabeth (Liz), a proud member of the firm for more than 25 years, has extensive experience in almost every practice area at Goldenberg Heller & Antognoli. Having begun her career at the firm representing business owners in real estate matters and estate planning, her work has also included class action litigation and employment law. Since 2008, she has led the firm’s asbestos litigation practice.
Some of her closest friends have told her that she is too competitive. For better or worse, she has been a competitor all her life. After graduating from Beloit College in 1980, she worked for May Department Stores Company in St. Louis before deciding to leave in 1989 to train full-time for a place on the U.S. Olympic Cycling Team. Her fallback plan was law school.
She graduated from Washington University Law School in 1991 and joined what is now Goldenberg Heller & Antognoli as an associate that same year. She became a partner in 1997.
