Robert D. Rowland

I graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1988. While in law school I was invited to join the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, which is limited to the top 10% of law school students. I have practiced law in Illinois and Missouri for over 20 years. Prior to joining the firm, I was a partner at a litigation defense firm located in Edwardsville, IL.

In 2003 I joined the firm as lead partner in the Personal Injury department. In addition to the Personal Injury Litigation department, I am also the lead partner in the Medical Malpractice and Products Liability departments, which includes Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation.

With my extensive trial experience I have obtained one of Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s Top 10 Verdicts of the Year. Recently, we have obtained Vioxx and Bextra settlements for our clients in excess of $7 million, as well as over $4.5 million in settlements for Illinois coal miners in claims against respirator manufacturers.

In my limited free time, I’m an avid sports enthusiast. I enjoy coaching my daughters in soccer, volleyball and softball.
